- You can use it as your most dedicated "me" time during the entire day. No matter if you want to meditate, jog, workout on the treadmill or simply have a pampering session in the bathroom, the time is yours only.
- The house is peaceful and quiet. There are no requests or demands from your family members.
- If you work from home and have children, it might be stressful to fit your working time around them. Young children tend to be unpredictable and do not always want to sleep exactly when you need to work the most. Waking up earlier than normal can provide you with some extra time to work. Our brains function especially well during the early hours of the day, so many people manage to get more work done in an hour at this time than in 2-3 hours later throughout the day.
Including more fruit and vegetables in your diet will give you an additional boost of energy. Try reserving the morning for smoothies, fresh juices or fruit only. Your body needs less energy in order to digest them, which lets it use more energy on other activities, such as work.
Have a beautiful day!
