If You Are In Pain, Talk To The Pain

Have you ever thought that you could talk to aching body parts - and not just talk to them, but actually alleviate the pain?
I had read that intention and spoken word have the power to create and re-create reality. However, it sounded like something that only "advanced" people can do.
Or so I thought.
Two weeks ago I was in a hurry to take the train. Suddenly, my right foot started hurting. The pain was bearable but uncomfortable, and most of all - it was preventing me from walking fast.
Without thinking much, I said out loud (there was no one around me):
"I'm sending love and healing to my right foot NOW."
The pain promptly diminished. I followed the inner impulse to repeat the sentence another two times. The pain disappeared and I could continue walking with my typical fast pace until I reached the train.
It did reappear another few times during the day but  in a more subtle manner. Each time I repeated the same sentence (either out loud, or in my mind), and it helped! By the next day it was completely gone.
You can try it too! It is important to have the clear intention that the pain will either disappear or at least diminish at this very moment. This is the reason why it is important to say "NOW".
Speaking aloud is definitely more powerful, but depending in where you are, it might be more appropriate to say it in your mind.
Let me know how it works for you!
